They are available at the Mashpee Department of Public Works (350 Meetinghouse Rd., Mashpee) and the cost is ~$30 for Mashpee residents, and $40 for residents of other towns. Collection is weekly and a bucket is provided. They will send engineers to your house to evaluate the energy efficiency of your home and provide recommendations on ways to improve the insulation.
